Runzheimer International has been selected as a General Services Administration contractor for the Travel Services Solutions (TSS) Schedule (Contract Number GS-33F-0005P). Runzheimer International is listed on the TSS schedule under the following Special Item Number (SIN):

Runzheimer is qualified to provide government agencies travel consulting and related services in meeting its needs for temporary duty travel, relocation, and permanent change of station. Key areas of consultation are:

  • Allowance and Reimbursement Programs
  • Survey design, implementation, and reporting
  • Policy Development
  • Travel and Relocation Management
  • Database Products

In addition to our consulting services, Runzheimer offers these database products to the federal government:

  • Travel Management Network (TMN) – An online information reference for travel, financial, and strategic sourcing professionals interested in benchmarking travel policies and costs. Through this web-based service, Runzheimer offers extensive travel data and information valued by travel managers worldwide to improve their travel programs and supplier negotiations.
  • Long-Term Per Diem Allowance Program – An allowance system for employees temporarily assigned (6-18 months) to a location.
  • Two-Location Comparisons - A product that measures living cost differences between any two locations. It is used by corporate clients to assess differences in a transferee's purchasing power between locations.
  • Lump-Sum Allowances - A product specific to an employee's family size and organization's relocation-related travel policies (typically for home finding and final move), it measures a lump sum amount necessary to cover relocation expenses (airfare, lodging, meals, ground transportation, etc.)
